Fashion show and ladies lunch at the Ramada Hotel

A Ladies lunch and fashion show held in aid of the Benjamin Gautrey Foundation proved a huge success. Town models and businesses came together to show their support for the charity at the Ramada hotel. With the donations matched by Barclaycard, almost £1,800 was raised for the charity. Around 80 guests turned out for the glamorous show on September 24th where they enjoyed a three-course meal and a catwalk display.

Lord Street shops Cove and Marc Cain joined Cachet and Blu Kangaroo in providing the clothes and footwear for the show, while hair and make-up was done by Ruma Hair and Tanning, of Churchtown. Entertainment was provided by popular band Me and My Cousin, with Radio City star Claire Simonsen presenting.

The Benjamin Gautrey Foundation, Yaffe Photography and Hey Baby Cakes were among those who set up pop-up shops at the show, too, while Kitty Hardy was responsible for the floral decorations.

Many thanks to all who supported the event
