Benjamin Gautrey Foundation 4th Annual Dinner 2015

The fourth Annual Dinner in aid of the foundation took place on Saturday 31st January at Ribby Hall near Blackpool. Another fantastic event and attended to capacity with supporters for the BGF#25.

The event is our main fundraiser for the Foundation whose vision is to support riders who take the same route into racing as Ben and to support sport from grass root level promoting the sports that Ben was so passionate about.

Guests where welcomed to the event by Claire Simmo from Liverpool's Radio City and to get the evening underway guests participated in an entertaining game of Heads and Tails with a prize of a Flat Screen TV sponsored by SRS Rail Systems.

Throughout the duration of the three course meal, guests where entertained with music from the talented duo 'Me & My Cousin'. On the menu, was a choice of Chicken Liver & Cognac Parfait with Red Onion Jam served with a Toasted Brioche or alternatively a tasty Seasonal Vegetable Soup with Sweet Potato Crisps. To follow a tender Braised Medallion of Durston Meadow Beef served with Fondant Potato & Red Wine Jus, or the vegetarian option of a Roasted Butternut Squash Ratatouille both served with Seasonal Vegetables. The finish, a delectable Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce.
